Strengthen W Bands        
Tuesday & Thursday: 10:30am             Location: College Park II 1601 Badham Blvd
Slower paced class that focuses on pre/post-surgery strengthen and correct alignment in the body with bands & body weight exercises.  Great for women's cancers, lymphedema, shoulder injuries.  Perfect for people in active cancer treatment or recovering from treatment. Get strong! Friends and Family are welcome.

Strengthen W Weights

Immediate class level strength class focuses on post-surgery and correction of alignment in the body with weights. Great for women's cancers, lymphedema, shoulder injuries. Friends and Family are welcome.

Myofascial Release (therapy ball rolling)

Posture Realign
Wednesday @ 12:05- 12:50pm                                        Location: Brownstone Health 1455 Rose St, Regina
Based on the Critical Alignment Therapy System. With specialized tools individuals will learn to recognize their postural habits. From this awareness we can work together and begin to change our deficient postural habits that have been created through a lifetime of stress, trauma and lifestyles. Regular movements without this awareness just reinforcing these preference/protective patterns will just cause further break down, tightness and weakness in the body.  With Realign Restore to body will learn how to create stability and proper connections in the body to heal to yourself from the inside out.
Great for:  Office workers, low level of fitness, upper & lower back issues. Must be able to get on and off the floor.

Health Investment for Strengthen classes at College Park II:

Before starting group classes a private assessment is required. We covered general medical history and a movement assessment. This aids in you having safe and more personalized service in the group setting. You also received a personalized home program for days you cannot be at class. This home program will help with your recovery as we all have a few personalized exercises we need to do daily that make not be covered in the group setting, in every session.

Group Strengthen punch passes can be personalized (for individual needs):
Morning group $10 per session (must be used by end of session dates)
These passes are sold in a bunch of 5 to 10 punches.
Evening group is $60 monthly

Drop-in classes- $15
