Functional Strength Training is designed to incorporate task and specific exercises in areas meaningful to each person’s life, with an overall goal of functional independence. Using body weight and some light dumbbells, Functional Strength training attempts to adapt or develop exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries and it will also bring balance back to your body.
Functional Strength Training can be done at one of my small group sessions. Private sessions are an option if you’re not a gym person I can build you a customized program for your home practice.

Health Investment Options:
Option 1 – Company funds class.
This could be part of your organization’s employee benefits package and health and wellness strategy.
Option 2 – Subsidies the class for your employees.
Company pays an amount towards the class.
Option 3 – Employees pay for the class.
