“I have participated in Jenna's ball rolling class twice now and I'm sure I'll join again! I love the release that I get by using the variety of balls and rolling techniques. Jenna pays close attention to ensure that I am using proper form so that I achieve the best results!! One nice thing about the class is that it required little effort with huge gains! After class I notice a big difference in my range of motion and I feel like I just had the most amazing massage that loosened up all of my problem areas!!”

"I started attending classes with Jenna in 2012 prior to my mastectomy surgery. I wanted to build up strength and stamina prior to the huge challenge I was facing. I had finished chemo and was very unsure of starting an exercise program – I had never belonged to a gym and didn’t feel like I was in any kind of shape at all. Jenna was so warm and kind and patient – I started attending her program twice a week. I’m the kind of person who would never be disciplined enough to carry out a program at home; I need the motivation of a coach and other participants to make the commitment of time and energy. I noticed a great benefit - through my ongoing treatments – in many areas of my physical being: increased core strength, balance, stability, and increased energy. Most of all, I knew I was doing a good thing for my body when so many bad things had been happening to it beyond my control. Jenna has a wealth of expertise in working with breast cancer patients and tailors every activity to the patient’s specific physical abilities/limitations. I can’t wait to join Jenna’s class again and look forward to many more challenging and invigorating sessions!"
