I have been working with all types Cancer survivors since 2009 and by coaching the correct exercises. I have safely guided many people back to their normal daily lives. I specialize in all types of cancer and I have experience helping women through breast, cervical and ovarian cancer.

I  see people one-on-one or in small groups sessions. If you live out of town or prefer to exercise at home, I can design a program specialized  for you to reduce chronic pain and help you stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime.
